| Penn Avionics, Inc provides custom CNC services for aircraft owners and other maintenance facilities. Penn Avionics has in-house equipment for panel fabrication, painting, and silk screen lettering. We can take your design input via paper plot / fax / email, or we can accept AutoCad DWG or DXF file formats. For aircraft owners, Penn Avionics can design and install a new custom instrument panel or re-design a portion of your panel. For other maintenance facilities Penn Avionics can design and ship a custom panel to be installed at your location. Since we cut the panels in-house, the customer is free to manipulate the panel layout to suit your individual needs. We also provide engraved placards, and 1:1 plots for test-fits. |

Our Cal Comp DB III 60 inch digitizer. This unit allows us to transfer
actual panels, plastic overlays, or paper plots into Auto Cad DXF format
files by scanning the surface of the object.
