Avionics Training Unlimited, Inc. may change the Terms and Conditions of Service from time to time. CANCELLATION POLICY

Policy for classes held in Pennsylvania:

For cancellations up to three days prior to a class, Avionics Training Unlimited, Inc. will apply the full tuition fee toward a future class. For cancellations received two days prior to a class, Avionics Training Unlimited, Inc. will apply 50% of the tuition fee toward a future class.  No credit or refunds are issued for cancellations the day before the class or the day of the class.

If Avionics Training Unlimited, Inc. cancels a class for any reason, Avionics Training Unlimited, Inc. will refund the tuition fee in full or apply it to a future class, at the customer’s option. 

Avionics Training Unlimited, Inc.’s liability is limited to tuition fees only.

Policy for classes held outside of Pennsylvania:

For cancellations up to thirty days prior to a class, Avionics Training Unlimited, Inc. will apply the full tuition fee toward a future class.  No credit or refunds are issued for cancellations less than thirty days before the class.

If Avionics Training Unlimited, Inc. cancels a class for any reason, Avionics Training Unlimited, Inc. will refund the tuition fee in full or apply it to a future class, at the customer’s option. 

Avionics Training Unlimited, Inc.’s liability is limited to tuition fees only.

GENERAL

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, U.S.A. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Avionics Training Unlimited, Inc. information, software, products, or services.
